Taking it sitting down: my ESL online teaching course continues

Hope everyone is doing well. I’ve been pretty much anchored to my computer chair as my ESL (English as a Second Language) online teaching course has gone into full swing. The program is quite intensive and full of things to do, so my life is now a strange combination of being planted in one spot and being engaged in constant activity.Β  I’m definitely taking it sitting down!

Fortunately, I’m really enjoying the course and everything is going well. My teachers and fellow students are wonderful, and the work is interesting and engaging. I’ll be doing my first online teaching session with real students this Wednesday. Wish me luck! πŸ™‚ Everyone take care and stay healthy! 😷

Class is in session!

  1. Greg, May you be blessed as you bless others with a new language and all that that makes possible for them. Gracias amigo!

  2. Your students will be most fortunate with you as their teacher. You are a blessing.
It’s been the perfect timing for your ESL course. Congratulations

  3. Interesting how our work in the world takes us down a road where all we know is that it feels right for right now. What plans the Holy Spirit has for us can be known or glimpsed at times and sometimes not.
It is a wonderful feeling to trust in His knowing, His direction and our faith in…. all is well. That’s how your story of the past two years has demonstrated, His call, your answer and all is well.
Blessings brother for showing us your faith.

  4. Thanks for all of your kind comments, everyone! Just wanted to let you know: I did my first lesson tonight, and it went really well. The students enjoyed it, and my tutor said I did a super job. Best of all, I really enjoyed it myself. Off too a good start! πŸ™‚
